Among the Moslems buried in Potočari there are those who made a lot of crimes against Serbian population. Many of them had significant ranks and carried out various managing or commanding duties in various crisis headquarters, managing bodies of the Democratic Action Party (SDA), police and civilian authorities, as well as the B&H Army units. It is quite natural that much more numerous were direct executors than the managers of some out of many crimes commited against the Serbs in this region. Those are the ones who committed murders of at least 3287 persons of Serbian nationality in the territory which was in the zone of the responsibility of the 8th B&H Army Operation Group, and since January 1st 1995. 28th  division of the B&H Army.

Among the identified ones, there are only several members of the Main Headquarters of the 8th B&H Army operation group: Sadik (Ramo) Sulejmanović, village Luka, municipality Srebrenica, Bego (Jusuf) Tihić, born in 1960. Srebrenica, Ševket (Seid) Đozić, 1951. Srebrenica, Nedžib (Abid) Habibović, Srebrenica, Osman (Šerif) Osmanović, Hamed (Hamid) Alić, Amir (Maho) Rizvanović, Senahid (Abdulah) Tabaković, Zulfo (Munib) Halilović and Ahmo (Mujo) Tihić, Srebrenica. They held various command and managing dities in the time period when the following armed actions were performed against Serbian settlements and persons of Serbian nationality of this region. The village Gniona, municipality Srebrenica, suffered on 6th  May 1992 (killed 2 persons of Serbian nationality). At the same time in the village Blječeva municipality Bratunac, three persons of Serbian nationality were killed, the next day   in the ambuish on the road Srebrenica-Skelani at the village Osmače  seven passaengers of Serbian nationality were killed in the lorry, then there were attacks on the villages and Serbian small villages Osredak, Viogor, Bibići, Orahovica and other settlements in the near vicinity of the town Srebrenica itself, on 15th  May 1992. (8 citizens of Serbian nationality were killed), Serbian small village Oparci was attacked on 1st June (6 victims), Obadi and Špat on 8th June (9 victims), Ratkovići on 21st  June (17 victims), Brežane on 30th  June (19 victims), Zalazje, Sase and the vicinity on 12th July 1992. (47 victims), Ježestica (municipality Bratunac) on 8th  August (9 victims), Podravanje (municipality Srebrenica) on 24th September (32 victims), Fakovići (municipality Bratunac) on 5th October (17 victims), Kamenica (municipality Zvornik) on 6th November (53 victims), Bratunac’s villages Loznica, Bjelovac, Sikirić on 14th  Decemerber 1992. (60), local community area Kravica (villages Ježestica, Kravica and Šiljkovići), municipality Bratunac, on 7th  January 1993. (46) and  area Skelana, municipality Srebrenica, on 16th January 1993. (61 killed persons are of Serbian nationality).

The next group consists of: Hamdija (Ahmet) Hasanović, Nedžib (Abid) Habibović, Hajrudin (Salih) Malagić, Mustafa (Zulfo) Stočević and Mehmed (Suljo) Malić, outstanding fighters also belonging to the 8th Operational  Group of the B&H Army and direct participants in attacks, killing of local residents, robberies and destruction of  above-mentioned Serbian villages. They were awarded for their successes by Written praises which were ceremoniously awarded to them on the occasion of the first year anniversary of the Headquarters of the Srebrenica’s Armed Forces.
