This list contains the names of the Moslems for whom evidence exist that they were buried in various locations and, almost without an exception, before July 1995.  They weren’t  the victims of the Sre¬bre¬nica’s massacre of July 1995 either. “Having an insight into the Mo¬slemic, in the first place, army documents, it can be seen that many persons, the fighters of the Bosnia and Herzegovina’s army, had died before the date when those documents were written, and that means, even considerably before the events in Srebrenica in July 1995. and the „Srebrenica’a massacre“. The first document on which basis we prove that, was submitted by the Command of the 8th Operational Group to the Sector for the Morals of the Second Corpus as  „Enclo¬sure for the Guide of the B&H Army“. (Found in the enclosure.) The names of killed and died fighters of some brigades until March 30th 1995 were mentioned in this document. In other cases, there are other documents where postdeath award of various prizes to died fighters were proposed, among others the medal „Zlatni ljiljan“ (Golden Lilly) (As enclosed). There are three documents in which there are proposals for honours, they were written on 30th  March (page nr. 04-16/95), 5th April 1995. (page nr. 08-06-04/95) and 10th  May 1995. (Number: 04-23/95).

The third document mentionn the names of killed and died fighters whose families got social and residential accommodation in Tuzla and its vicinity. Headquarters of armed forces Srebrenica, nr. 697-93 of 11.11.1993: „A list of families of killed fighters“. The quoted documents contain the following names of the fighters of five brigades of the 28th division of the B&H Army, who were wrongly buried in the Memorial Center and the graveyard of Srebrenica - Potočari. Or, put in another way, they were not the “victims” from July 1995.
